Welcome to Revive EE Centre (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including booking, purchasing, and attending sessions. By booking with Revive EE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. General Use

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. For minors (under 18), a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and provide consent.

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our online booking system.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept major credit cards and secure electronic payments.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at booking is the final price for your session.

3. Session Availability

  • All sessions are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, staff illness). If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time or a refund.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance via our online booking system.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable.

  • Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

5. Special Offers & Promotions

Revive EE may offer special promotions such as:

  • Introductory Offers (e.g., Buy One, Get One Free)

  • Partner in Healing Sessions (where a second person attends at a reduced rate)

Promotional offers are subject to specific conditions and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Revive EE sessions are designed for relaxation, wellness, and energy support.

  • We are not a medical facility and do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

  • Our services should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your doctor regarding health concerns.

  • By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your personal health and well-being.

7. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revive EE shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in a session.

  • Any loss or injury sustained before, during, or after your appointment, except in cases of proven negligence.

All services are provided “as-is” without warranties, express or implied.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Revive EE website, including text, images, branding, and session descriptions, is owned by Revive EE. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.

  • Provide false information when booking.

  • Interfere with the security or functionality of our website.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
